Priority List

1. Lightbox - The first time a user clicks on a link from the My Services homepage, the form does not load. It only loads the second time. This needs to be fixed so that the forms always load the first time.
2. Lightbox -  Fix lightbox so that all forms fit without scrolling.
3. My Requests - Fix data pull and change display of "Requested for" column data to <last name, first name>.
4. My Requests - Add sorting functionality to each column.
5. My Approvals - Change display of "Requested for" column data to <last name, first name>. 
6. My Approvals - Change column label: "Requested for" to "Opened by."
7. My Approvals - Change column label: "Request" to "Approval for"
8. My Approvals - Add data pull from ServiceNow for Department (name or org code).
9. My Approvals - Add data pull from ServiceNow for Description.
10. My Approvals - Modify the data pulled for the "Status" column; it's not currently pulling the correct information. Data should be "approved" or "pending approval," instead of "not_required."
11. My Approvals - Add sorting functionality to each column
12. My Incidents - Modify data pull to include all open incidents and resolved/closed incidents up to 90 days old.
