The OOB Excelerator uses category to determine assignment group and not the service.  We need to configure it to do so.

  1. Add level to Business Services(cmdb_ci_service).

  2. Update client script Category - AG & Level.

  3. Update Business Service attributes on Form to contain the below:
    tree_picker=true,ref_auto_completer=AJAXTableCompleter,ref_ac_columns=u_alias,ref_ac_order_by=u_alias,ref_ac_columns_search=true
  4. Add parent to Business Service form.
