Concerns

1. New high priority work - Initial planning is no longer relevant - new projects and deadlines have shifted.

2. Burndown Chart does not capture all work - New AI project and SPEC work is not reflected in the burndown chart.

3. QA strategy - Need to develop strategy for QA on FRMS and SDF - deadlines of January may be impacted.

4. FRMS PTO - Jacky is out of office until 1/24 and will not be able to provide feedback or approval on work until then, which may impact deliver date.
