change.security.error.netid.required.	NetID is required.
change.security.error.netid.notfound	We could not find your NetID in our system. Re-enter your NetID and try again.
change.security.error.netid.notactive	The NetID {0} has not yet been activated, or has been deactivated.
change.security.error.login.failure	The NetID {0} does not exist, has not yet been activated, or, has been deactivated.
change.security.error.email_addresses.required	Please type the	same email address in	both address fields.
change.security.error.valid_email_address.required	The email address you entered is not a properly formatted email address.
change.security.error.send_email_failure	A	system error occurred while attempting to send the notification email to {0}.
change.security.error.security_question.required	You must select 5 security questions.
change.security.error.security_answer.required	You must provide an answer for each security question selected.
change.security.error.security_questions.nonunique	You must select and answer 5 different security questions.
change.security.error.reset_security.failure	A system error has occurred. Please try again later. If the problem persists, contact your help desk. The password was not reset.

Update NetID Security Information - Locked

UX Comments
When the user wants to update their security information they can edit their recovery email and all 5 of their security questions. Before they hit the change button, the text fields are locked.

UX Comments
Once the fields are unlocked, the user can edit their questions and answers. The question are pre-created questions that the user can select from a drop-down menu. The user can fill out their answers through the text field associated with that question. When the user hits submit (pending there are no errors) they are taken back to the initial screen where the questions and answers are locked.
