How are spinup servers patched?

Problem

I need to keep my Spinup server updated with the latest patches

Solution

Spinup servers are patched automatically each month.  Currently this occurs on the first of each month during a 4 hour window (6am-10am EST). Your server may reboot during this time depending on what patches need to be installed. We are planning future enhancements for users to define this date and time.  The utility that does the patching is the built in update solution for each OS you are on (yum/apt for linux and windows update for windows). All  user applications installed using linux package managers will also be updated.
