What level of support can I expect?
Solution
Any spaces that have a valid COA attached are considered to be in Spinup's "Production" space. Automatic snapshots are setup on Spinup's backend to help prevent total disaster with each instance. If you lose access or your application is broken we can assist users in reverting to the last known good state (Up to 7 days ago). We cannot offer assistance with configuring applications. If you need further assistance with configuration we suggest opening up a ticket with the appropriate "Managed Server" team in Service Now.
