The ITSM Practitioner's Group is a community of practice composed of IT professionals, functional and application owners, partners and other Service Management stakeholders. The group meets to discuss ITSM issuesIT Service Management, including ITIL process implementation and the ServiceNow application. Topics include ServiceNow release information, application issues (including user concerns, proposals for enhancements, user concerns and suggestions), metrics and reporting, and overall process improvement.

The group meets monthly and membership is open to the ITSM community. For information on upcoming meetings or to suggest topics for future discussion, contact chloe.turnbull@yale.edu.
