- as Admin, visit Service Catalog -> Maintain Active Items -> PTAEO reusable UI initial and recurring
- go to section with Variable sets.
- remove all variable sets to the left side with slushbucket. Hit Save and Exit
- Hit Save and the Catalog Item
- review variable sets. You should now only have one copy of PTAEO initial and recurring in the Variable Sets list. If you have zero, put it back in. and save and save.
- changes for service catalog view:
- hide Categories in service catalog
- these should show in TEST and DEV and PRE-PROD (for UAT reasons) but not PROD
- Categories like this are:
- Wifi and Networks
- Phones and Cable TV
- changes for Buildings data loader
- manually repoint to YTM1
- proper midserver
- drop all records on Buildings table using Table admin application. Remove 773 or so
- force import
- force transform
- confirm data records got loader into Buildings table. Get back 769 or so
