General Updates

- Hari is working on testing Telephone services, Pagers and Ethernet; he is finding a lot of defects.
- David is working on defects and the technical specs for Mobile Devices request.
- Kesha is working on the revised Financial Approval workflow.
- Meeting tomorrow with John Pags re: ITS Backup Service and how the DSPs are involved in the request process.
- Roger, Christine, David, Hari & Kesha are having morning status meetings everyday.
- FYI... Barbara will be out on PTO Aug 2-13. David Logie's last day is Aug. 9.
