Copy is TBD, still need to collect technical requirements for Dependent NetID's. There will be two states of this page, populated or not populated. The user will be able to activate a NetID through this page.

This is the populated state for Dependent NetID's. Dependent NetID's currently have 4 fields NetID Status Name Comments If a Dependent NetID is populated but has a status of "Not Active" the next will be hot and link to NetID Activation. Can this skip the population screen and have Dependent NetID already selected?
